1. PURCHASES

You do not need an account to place an order in our online store. However, setting up an account will allow you to view past orders and the status of your order once you have made your purchase.

BAELLE offers different methods of payment. With Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. This payment will be made during the online purchase.

All transactions with credit / debit cards on the website will be processed through a secure payment gateway.

If you are a registered user of BAELLE, we will securely store your credit / debit card information on our systems. These details will be fully encrypted and will only be used to process the card transactions you have authorized.

2. EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

In BAELLE we only allow the change of the upper parts of the lingerie. Remember that you have 14 calendar days after the shipping of your order for any exchange or return.

Any exchange involves a refund that will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase. The time of payment will depend on the bank of the client.

For any claim, you can write us to info@baelle.es with the subject of your claim.

You can request the collection of the garment at your address. To proceed in this way, you must access your account and request the return of the item you want to change. Once you have completed this process, our carrier will contact you within 24-48 hours to arrange a pick-up date.

Remember that you have 14 calendar days after the purchase of your order to return it. The refund will be made through the same payment method used previously and will be at the customer’s expense. The payment time will depend on the customer’s bank.

Important Information

  • Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization from BAELLE.
  • Items must be returned in perfect condition together with the return form provided on the website.
  • Make sure that all the items are in the same state as you received them, box, bag and tags.
  • The purchased items may only be returned if there is availability of size and colour in stock.
  • In case your size or your desired colour is not available in stock, please do not hesitte to write us an e-mal with your needs or request to our customer service: info@baelle.es. As soon as possible, we will try to answer and solve your query.
  • Defective items: can only be returned as long as it has been previously notified and authorized by BAELLE through info@baelle.es

Returns and exchanges

The shipments of returned or defective, will be sent to the following address along with the corresponding form properly completed that the client can find in the web:

You can track your order by accessing your account at BAELLE.ES. There, you can find the different stages of your order until delivery.

The client will be informed through an email as long as he is registered in our database. In this way we will be able to contact and answer any questions or requests.
